Client was charged with first degree murder in the stabbing death of a neighbor.
Not Guilty by Reason of Insanity
Plaintiff was injured aboard a naval vessel while accompanying his son back from service on a Tiger cruise. The government contended plaintiff was injured due to his own negligence. After trial, the court disagreed and found in favor of the plaintiff and awarded monetary damages.
