South County Regional Center

The South County Regional Center is occupied by the Superior Court, Sheriff, and Revenue and Recovery and hears Criminal, Family Law, and Civil Harassment/Elder or Dependent Adult Abuse Restraining Orders.

The East County Regional Center hears cases pertaining Criminal, Family, Civil Harassment/Elder or Dependent Adult Abuse Restraining Orders and Juvenile Dependency cases. This facility is also occupied by the Superior Court, Sheriff, Probation, District Attorney, Revenue and Recovery, and the Board of Supervisors.

The North County Regional Center has a venue that encompasses most of the northern San Diego county and is  shared by the Superior Court, Sheriff, Probation, District Attorney, Revenue and Recovery, and the Board of Supervisors. The North County Superior Court hears Criminal, Civil, Family Law, Probate, Appeal, Adoption, Traffic and Minor Offense cases. Most of the operations and departments functioning at the main, downtown San Diego courthouse also operate at the North County Regional Center.
